Just setting up the blog. There are several levels of access:
</p>
<ol>
	<li><strong>Administrator</strong> [back end] </li>
	<li><strong>Site Manager</strong> [front end] - can add Blog entries, and moderate the blog and the comments</li>
	<li><strong>VIP</strong> [front end] - are registered users with significant contribution and are given Site Manager's access, though restricted; can add blog entries and/or can publish articles</li>
	<li><strong>Registered Users</strong> are trusted users who can post comments and are <strong>not moderated</strong>. </li>
	<li><strong>Guest</strong> - can post comments anonymously; <strong>posts are moderated</strong>.</li>
